Blood Donation

A blood donation camp was organized in the Government School which was by our The Young Development Trust initiative and blood donation awareness was carried out at different places.

Donating blood can seem intimidating, but it’s an easy process that can help save someone’s life.

On the blood donation camp day, every donor’s hemoglobin and blood group was checked. Each donor was taken care of by looking after any post donation weakness or nausea plus were also provided with refreshments.

New Year 2015 CELEBRATION AT GIRLS HOME

New year celebration with Saranalaya Girls Home by providing them lunch and snacks from our The Young Development Trust. Had an amazing start for the year 2015 with the underprivileged Girl Childrens.

For Girls some games conducted, followed by cake cutting and gift distribution done. Spend full day with team at orphanage spreading smile and happiness on their faces.

Pongal Celebration in Samarpana Mentally Retardation Home, donated food and clothes for the intellectual Disability person to those in need, spreading warmth and happiness in the true spirit of this joyous occasion.

We actively assist homes those living with mental health challenges and we take care and support for there needs.

We strongly believe that a nutritious meal is essential for the body and the soul. That’s why we at Shelter Homes are committed to providing complete and wholesome meals to those struggling with food insecurity.

These beneficiaries include differently-abled children, orphaned children, the abandoned, and the needy. For many, accessing regular meals is a challenge, making our program vital.

A Happier, Longer Life. One blood donation can save up to three lives. People usually donate because it feels good to help others, and volunteering have been linked to positive health outcomes, including a lower risk for depression and greater longevity.

People are screened for various eye diseases and if needed they are operated on to give them the gift of vision and free eye surgery also done.

Our Medical camps are free tests for the poor.  The most common kind of test is blood-related tests. Apart from these, tests for diabetes, kidney function, and other various disorders are also conducted at a medical camp.

A routine full body checkup at the doctor’s usually consists of a few steps. First, we will likely to have your weight, height and blood pressure measured for good health.
