Refund & Cancellation Policy

a) Donations
  1. Donations to TYDT are voluntary and charitable in nature. Once a donation is accepted and processed, it is considered final and irrevocable.

  2. If you believe a donation has been processed in error (for example, duplicate payment), please contact us within 30 days at donate@tydt.org.in or +91 98843 50058. We will investigate and, at our sole discretion, consider refunding the amount or transferring it to another valid donation campaign.

  3. Refunds will only be made to the original donor’s payment method or bank account, and subject to verification of identity and payment details.

  4. TYDT reserves the right to refuse or cancel a donation or refund request if we suspect fraud, misuse, or if making the refund would violate applicable law or regulation.

b) Event Registrations / Services

If you register for an event organised by TYDT (volunteer programme, blood donation camp, etc.), the following applies:

  1. Cancellation by you: If you withdraw your registration at least 7 days before the event date, we may refund your registration fee (if any) minus any administrative costs. No refund will be possible if cancellation is requested less than 7 days before the event or after the event starts.

  2. Cancellation by us: If TYDT cancels or postpones the event, we will notify you and either (i) offer you a refund, or (ii) allow you to transfer registration to a future event, at our discretion.

  3. No-shows: If you fail to attend without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued.

c) Miscellaneous
  1. We may modify or update the policy at any time; changes will be posted on the website with the “Last updated” date.

  2. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
